Philanthropy is at the core of our company culture, and we believe we can all make a difference. But we don’t just say it—we live it. The ADTRAV Community Impact Foundation (ACIF) is a non-profit organization established by ADTRAV President and CEO, Roger Hale, to give back to the communities where our associates live and work.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The ACIF is funded by a once-yearly discretionary donation from ADTRAV and through payroll deductions and one-time donations from our generous associates. Grant requests are submitted by ADTRAV associates on behalf of local organizations whose mission they support. Once a grant request is approved, the ACIF makes a donation to the organization. It’s really that simple!

Payroll deduction is a simple way to automate your giving by automatically deducting a set amount of money each paycheck and donating it to the ACIF. To setup or edit your payroll deduction or to make a one time donation, please access and complete the form located below.

You have a voice! Associate contributions are used to fulfill grant requests submitted by YOU, our ADTRAV Associates. If you have a cause you’d like the ACIF to consider, please let us know by completing the grant request form located below

WHAT TYPES OF CHARITIES
DOES THE ACIF SUPPORT?

The ACIF provides grants and donations to qualified 501(c)(3) charities. The ACIF may also support relief projects or other causes deemed important, such as natural disasters that affect our associates and clients.

COMMITTED TO CHILDREN

While associates are encouraged to submit grant requests for any non-profit organization near and dear to their heart, the ACIF is honing its focus in on children and youth-centered organizations. If you support a non-profit dedicated to supporting children or youth in any capacity, we want to hear from you!
