Roger Hale
President | CEO
Roger is a founding partner of ADTRAV and has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. He was promoted to President/CEO in 1990, and became the sole owner in 2004.

Robert Reynolds
CTO
Robert joined ADTRAV in 2010 to lead ADTRAV’s technology development while managing financial and risk management functions. Robert was previously the CFO of Brook Valley Management after holding positions at Colonial Properties Trust and Coopers & Lybrand.

Maylena Burchfield
Senior Vice President
Maylena joined ADTRAV in October 2001 after a successful career in investment banking and as a corporate strategist. She is adept at identifying opportunities for expansion, and aligning strategic partnerships that promote both ADTRAV and the travel industry.

Greg Tomlinson
Chief Financial Officer
Greg began his career with ADTRAV in 2014 and as CFO is responsible for the overall fiscal health of ADTRAV. Greg manages ADTRAV’s finance and accounting teams and oversees all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and the full revenue and cash collection cycle. Additionally, Greg leads ADTRAV’s risk management efforts and works across the company to ensure the financial and organizational security of ADTRAV. Greg received his MBA from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Forrester
Vice President, Business Development
Michael has more than 16 years of travel industry experience. His career in the industry began at Enterprise Holdings where he held progressive positions in management and corporate sales, and continued at a travel management company where he was responsible for new business development on a national level. In his current role, Michael oversees new business development for ADTRAV and its wholly owned technology company, RezDesk. Additionally, Michael is involved in various associations, including the Institute for Supply Management, with whom he often works to provide educational content surrounding the T&E category.
