We’re up for the challenge and feel confident that we have the right people and passion to change the way Travel Management Companies approach environmental sustainability.
Reaching such a goal is not an easy task. To do so, we have to approach each day with a commitment to the ADTRAV mission statement: Positively Impacting Lives Through Dynamic Travel Programs. Making An Impact In The Community

Philanthropy is at the core of ADTRAV’s company culture, and it is our mission to make a difference across the globe. The ADTRAV Community Impact Foundation (ACIF) is a non-profit organization established by ADTRAV President and CEO, Roger Hale, to give back to local communities where our associates, clients, and supplier partners live and work. Roger’s desire to invest in future generations began with a focus on helping children and youth-centric organizations, paving the way for an incredible foundation that now fulfilling 50+ grant requests a year.
Our foundation is supported by ongoing payroll deductions, a once-yearly discretionary donation from ADTRAV, one-time donations from our generous associates, and specialty events and fundraisers. Funds are allocated to fulfill grant requests and support philanthropic organizations local to the Birmingham area, including Big Oak Ranch and Children’s of Alabama. ACIF provides grants and donations to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations. The ACIF feels strongly about supporting causes dedicated to the care, growth, and development of our future leaders. The ACIF may also support relief projects or other timely causes, such as natural disasters that affect our associates, clients, and supplier partners.
ADTRAV continues to double down on our commitment, and in 2023 our goal is to achieve 70% employee participation for ADTRAV Community Impact Fund. The 2023 goal will help raise around $32,500 to support Big Oak Ranch.
