The dramatic increase in domestic and international air travel in recent years has led many companies to search for ways to streamline the experience for their employees and manage the inherent risk of travel. A RezConfirm itinerary is sent with complete flight details, including car rental and hotel accommodations. On the day of departure, another message is sent with information on flight delays, cancellations, diversions, and gate or time changes if the traveler is making a connection. A message is sent confirming gate and time of departure for the connecting flight, alerting of risky or missed connection, alternative flights for delayed, cancelled, or missed flights, and confirmation of connection information. Coming soon, the traveler will be able to receive an arrival message with ground transportation information.

RezAlert Tracker also keeps the traveler’s assistant or the company’s travel manager aware of any irregularities that have occurred by displaying the information on their desktop. This timely notification of missed or cancelled flights allows us to quickly and easily re-accommodate our travelers on alternate flights, often before they even get off their plane at their connecting city.

ADTRAV’s RezAlert Global Security even goes a step further. This system features a team of security analysts who monitor worldwide events 24/7 to automatically relate global threats and incidents to our clients in an effort to protect the health and safety of their traveling employees.
