Utilizing the ASU Managed Hotel program is easy.
You can book individual reservations or group reservations and still receive the special ASU discounted rates.
You can request a reservation by clicking on the "Request a Reservation" tab and send an email request to ADTRAV. You will have your confirmation email shortly.
You can also give us a call. For individual reservations please contact ADTRAV at
866-862-3953 and ask for an ASU hotel rate at any participating hotel. For group reservations or for assistance planning a meeting function (including room nights, meeting space, meals, etc.) Please contact Tracey Creger at 888-673-3499 or you can email us through our feedback form
You can also contact any participating hotel direct. Please give them your preferred rate code shown on the website and ask for the ASU rate. Participating hotels are happy to assist you with your bookings as well.
