Custom Registration Forms
The effectiveness of any registration system begins with the development of a comprehensive, well thought out registration form. Therefore, ADTRAV MEETINGS will work closely with your personnel to determine exactly what information must be obtained with each registration. The focus will be to create a user-friendly registration form that will easily gather only the information absolutely necessary for the operation of the meeting. Participants will be able to register their attendance via the Internet, e-mail, standard mail and through our toll-free registration number.
Confirmation Letter
Once a registration form has been processed, a confirmation letter will be sent to the participant for verification. This letter will contain all of the information on the registration form as well as any additional information required of the attendees.
On-site Registration Coordinators
ADTRAV on-site coordinators will arrive at the meeting site one day prior to the start of the conference to make certain that all final preparations are completed and in place. These coordinators are there to manage the entire registration process and will be equipped with laptop computers and printers. They will have complete access to the MeetingCentral system and can make any changes or cancellations while on-site.
Registration Reports
ADTRAV Meetings provides comprehensive management reports as part of the MeetingCentral system. These reports are customized for each event and provide both summary and detail information. In addition, these reports are available on the Internet via ADTRAV's RezReporter system. Our customers can now view their meeting information on their personal computer 24 hours a day.
