The key component of our international program is our international services desk. This desk is staffed by industry veterans who average over 15 years’ experience, are fluent in multiple languages and are experts in all facets of international government travel. These specialists tap into a variety of sources to ensure that our customers receive the lowest possible rates on the most effective travel schedules and appropriate providers. Once an international record is completed by an agent, it is electronically sent to the international desk to insure compliance with all Federal programs including the Fly America Act, use of “other than coach” travel and the contract City Pair Program.

To help our customers address the possible impact of global events on travel, ADTRAV has teamed with iJet Intelligent Risk Systems to offer our clients a new and innovative approach to travel risk management. RezAlert Global Security features a team of security analysts who monitor worldwide events 24/7 and automatically relate global threats and incidents to our travelers’ itineraries. With RezAlert Global Security, our travelers and their families gain “peace of mind” knowing we monitor and assess threats to our travelers; automatically track and communicate with them and deploy an appropriate emergency response anywhere in the world at a moment’s notice.

Passport and Visa Assistance

ADTRAV currently employs passport and visa specialists in our Washington D. C. office. With over 15 years’ experience we work very closely with the U.S. Passport Office and most of the foreign consulates in D.C. Our key relationships offer unprecedented assistance in obtaining the necessary documents in both routine and emergency situations.
