Cost Effective Service

At ADTRAV, we are focused on keeping our transaction fees as low as possible while still investing in the latest technology and high-quality personnel. We achieve this unique balance through a value oriented management style and a productivity/service based compensation system for our associates. To complement our low transaction fees, we work closely with our Government customers to uncover the hidden savings opportunities in their travel program through our proactive account management.



Account Management

We assign one of our experienced Account Executives (AE) to each one of our government customers. This AE’s responsibilities include; eTS/eTS2 consultation concerning issues and opportunities, FTR interpretation and compliance, identification of key savings opportunities, management of our customer satisfaction program and traveler education and training.

Maximize Discount Programs

While the Government has successfully negotiated discount programs such as FedRooms, GSA’s city pair discounts and the Federal rental car program, these initiatives must be managed in order to be maximized. At ADTRAV, we have the necessary experience and operational expertise to insure that each customer takes full advantage of every program offered. Our comprehensive report analysis helps pinpoint specific areas for enhanced savings.

eTS and eTS2 Consultation

ADTRAV works very closely with all three eTS systems and thus has gained invaluable experience in helping our customers successfully integrate and manage their eTS program. We help increase the level of online booking while still recognizing the importance of quick, professional agent assistance on certain types of bookings. Our goal is to provide strategic advice and guidance on how our customers can enhance the users overall travel experience.
