RezSuite

All of our proprietary software carry the Rez moniker. Our goal is to provide our customers with technology products that are customized to their unique needs. Some of our most popular products include:

RezProfiler

Our signature product; this system integrates the traveler’s profile information with the other Rez products, the airline computer systems and the online booking tools. Accessed via the internet, RezProfiler is secured through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and personally identifiable information (PII) is encrypted in the database.

RezTracker

Automatically tracks every electronic ticket issued and verifies that each flight on the ticket was used. If any segment of the ticket is unused ten days after the final flight, the program automatically generates the appropriate coupons to be refunded or held for exchange. RezTracker even allows customers to view outstanding tickets via the internet.

Management Reports

Need more than a bunch of numbers on a piece of paper? ADTRAV offers an online reporting tool, RezReporter, to give our customers quick and easy access to all their travel data.

Need more in-depth business intelligence on your travel program? We offer a unique analysis tool, RezIntel. This system provides compliance reporting and the ability to perform “what if” calculations. The true power of RezIntel is its ability to consolidate information from a variety of sources and display them to the user in a single integrated display. From preferred vendor usage to an analysis of booking behaviors, RezIntel enables our customers to quickly analyze program data with the click of a mouse.
