Online Booking

Due to the diverse needs of our customers, ADTRAV uses a variety of online booking tools. We have developed proprietary technology that works in conjunction with all of these tools to enhance profile management, itinerary distribution, trip authorization, policy enforcement, management of unused tickets and other important tasks. However, our online solution is about more than technology.



Online Help Desk

Unlike other TMCs that rely on the online provider for customer support and training, ADTRAV has an in-house help desk to assist users with the online booking process. These agents are fully trained in all aspects of online booking and use our RezSolutions help desk ticket system to track, resolve and report on any issues encountered.

Automated Fulfillment

Our electronic fulfillment division helps our customers achieve the transactional savings associated with online booking, while still maintaining the integrity of their travel program. ADTRAV’s fulfillment process is completely automated utilizing proprietary software program, called RezTicketer, that offers unparalleled flexibility and accuracy; enabling us to achieve “touchless” processing rates in excess of 90%.

Online Adoption

Implementing an online booking tool is only the first step. In order to realize the promised transactional savings, travelers must use it. That is where ADTRAV comes in. We have a comprehensive program offering education, training and support. Through this program our customers have achieved online adoption rates in excess of 85% on eligible bookings.
