At ADTRAV, we are focused on keeping our transaction fees as low as possible while still investing in the latest technology and high quality personnel. To complement our low transaction fees, we work closely with our customers to uncover the true savings opportunities in their travel program.



Account Management

All customers are assigned a primary Account Executive whose responsibility it is to identify savings opportunities, assist with vendor negotiations, provide travel policy consultation, maintain oversight of customer satisfaction, provide traveler education and training, manage online adoption and provide oversight of hotel programs.

Maximize Discount Programs

Our goal is to maximize the savings derived from every vendor program. Our account executives analyze each travel program and determine the most effective program structure. From an upfront discount to a back-end rebate or a corporate frequent flyer program; we have the tools necessary to make the most of every program.

Travel Policy Consultation

Our account management team is available to assist our customers with the development or review of their corporate travel policy. We have found that a few simple policy changes, the inclusion of authorization requirements and an effective enforcement mechanism is all that is needed to make a significant impact on overall travel spend.
