24/7 Service

ADTRAV operates its own after hours service between 6:00pm and midnight each evening. Our studies indicate that 95% of all “after hours” calls occur between these hours. Therefore, our agents are on duty during these hours to meet the needs of our enroute travelers. Between midnight and 7:00am, any incoming calls are routed to THOR24, one of the leading after hours service providers in the industry.

Integrated Profile Management System

RezProfiler is ADTRAV’s Internet based traveler profile system. Users are able to change profile information via the Internet and changes are automatically updated in the Worldspan and E-Rez systems. In addition, RezProfiler will automatically send an email alert as passport and credit card expiration dates approach.

Ongoing Training

ADTRAV understands the importance of ongoing training to the success of any online booking system. New travelers are an important target of this training activity as well as those travelers who may have used the program initially but for some reason have stopped.

International Rate Desk and Travel Expertise
